“I have been using this on my pc with windows ten and ever since I got it after about twenty minutes of playing, the usb connection cuts in and out. When in game, panning using just the left joystick, it jumps and is not a smooth pan. Any ideas?”

Yes return it! My sons remote did that an he had just opened it!

You can unplug the controller when this happens and then replay it in and wait 5 seconds. That will be a short fix and every time you play a game you may need to do it again. The other way is download drivers. https://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/17648/ Try this. This should help for a more permanent fix.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try another USB port on your PC. Could be a bad port. Also, google an xbox controller tester and see if it behaves that way (I use HTML5 Gamepad tester). Failing that, you may have a bad unit. Consider returning.
