QuestionFirst time using the controller in a month when i plug it into my xbox the controller doesn't connect to the xbox but i can turn the lights on anyways i can fix it?

- Answer I had something like this happened, I totally powered off the Xbox and unplugged it, waited 20 seconds and plugged it back in and it works. I believe this happens when the Xbox shutdown to inactivity but doesn't "release" the controller, you just got to clear the connection

QuestionI have been using this on my pc with windows ten and ever since I got it after about twenty minutes of playing, the usb connection cuts in and out. When in game, panning using just the left joystick, it jumps and is not a smooth pan. Any ideas?

- Answer This controller should work fine with a laptop. I believe all the Xbox one controllers are universal with the functions working on all Microsoft devices. If your laptop is a windows based operating system it should work.
