• This would work to charge most Sony headsets, though it most likely isn't long enough to charge while you're wearing the headset.

• Any micro USB cable will work if it's long enough. If you want to sick with the Sony brand, get one from Best Buy in the PS4 accessories section. If not look for the cheapest 6' micro USB cable on the rack somewhere. Honestly though, the Sony cable is probably going to be no more costly than the other 6' long cables at Best Buy.

• I don't know the answer to your question. This cable has a regular USB connector on one end and a micro USB connector on the other end and fits into the micro USB connector on the PlayStation 4 controllers.
