• no it does not, I was going to try and do a screen share through my Apple TV but only had 30 minutes before the propeller broke. DO NOT BUY THIS

• No, it doesn't. But the HDMI connection can be made via the Phone. For example if you have an iPhone, you can use a lightning to HDMI cable to connect it with a monitor.
