Is this game brand new or used? null

It is only brand new if you buy it brand new. If you buy it used then it's used. The seller selling it will ONLY either sell it brand new or sell it used, there is no inbetween. If you go to buy it brand new but want it used i suggest you buy the one that's used instead of the one thats brand new, conversely, if you went in wanting a brand new one, you would be mistaken for trying to purchase a used one as brand new since the used one is used and the brand new one is brand new, savvy?

I got it brand new at $20! (Even less if you still have GCU) Although, it may vary on where you buy it, like in store. BestBuy.com seems to only have it brand new.

It's the same previous games. Just put together in one collection.

When I bought mine it was new. I never bought a used game at Best Buy, all my game purchases were new.
