I was advised of the same thing. The purchase would be unlimited for life of the phone. So they lied or are just not well informed. Which is it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same here. Thought it was a lifetime thing but got charged $8
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I purchased this for both my and my husband's phones we were told it was a lifetime service and that for the $8 fee (each phone) Best Buy/Geek Squad would reinstall a replacement Zagg screen protector as long as the Zagg screen protector was covered under the Zagg warranty. I have had both previously replaced as per this agreement. Today when we went in to have my husband's replaced we were told that was never the case, then when I questioned it, we were told Best Buy has changed their policy. Wait - I paid Best Buy for this service with the information given to me that it would be free install of a replacement that was covered under warranty, that was our agreement. Best Buy has now failed to honor their word on this agreement. I am very disappointed, also important to mention the rude manager at Tanasbourne who walked away from me and then refused to talk to me because I wouldn't allow him to talk over me. Needless to say I won't be shopping with Best Buy again. There are other places to purchase the items they carry.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Zagg gives you lifetime warranty yes but geek squad service are per service so if you come in to get a new one cause defective you have to pay to have it installed but If you buy install yourself you can go back and get a new screen protector at no cost for the life time of that device
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i think it definitely depends on where you go and who helps you because i got mine replaced and i wasn’t charged anything extra.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No i paid one single time and its covered
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it depends on the terms and conditions with the company you are buying the product. I’ve had some where I paid but others that had unlimited times to replace.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well yes it is $7.99 every time for a new screen protector install. Thats a lot cheaper than a carrier install or Apple Store install.
