Call customer service and tell them you need a replacement; they will tell you what to do from there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should go back to the store where you purchased from and return it. If purchased online you can can go to returns section and tell them you want to return it and they will send you a post marked box to return it. The online way I think you can only get a refund and no replacement but im not sure.
