• A:Answer I would call the gas company. The burners and oven have an electronic ignition so will only turn on when the unit is plugged in.

Q: QuestionHow are you supposed to know when it's preheated to the right temperature there's no buzzer any kind of light that i can see?

• A:Answer Recipes usually advise pre-heating time but it is my experience that 5 minutes is sufficient for most everything.

• A:Answer Customer service can help with that. As another option - call a few local used appliance stores. They sometimes carry new/out of box/discontinued items. I looked everywhere online and found that most brands in this 20 inch size are backordered. :( Well it's almost Thanksgiving and I don't have time for that. So I was going to go with a used model and I found this one new out of box and at a great savings!
