QuestionDoes the stem have an attached spring or it it separate? I s this a 12 cup model?

- Answer The perk tube has a spring attached. The 02822 model is 2-6 cups. If you are looking for a 12 cup model, you would want either 02811 or 02815 (stock numbers) Please let us know if we can help you further. Call 1-800-877-0441. We're available weekdays, 8-4 CT.

QuestionCan I use paper filters with this? Brand/size? Is the top of the pot glass or plastic? If plastic, is there an option for a glass replacement? Thank you

- Answer We recommend WRAP AROUND filters for best clarity of your coffee. We have no recommendations on any brand. This cover has a phenolic handle. We do not have a glass top for this at this time.
