• The Presto® EverSharp® electric knife sharpener will sharpen knives of alloy, carbon, or stainless steel. It is designed to sharpen kitchen knives and most sporting knives. Do not attempt to sharpen scissors, serrated electric knives, pizza cutters or any blade that does not fit freely in the blade guides. We do recommend asking your knife manufacturer if sharpening their knives on your own is acceptable. Some knife companies have their own warranty. • I've never heard of "Santorum" knives. If you are referring to Santoku knives, the answer is yes.
