“How long can the sharpened knives last until you have to do them again?”

• Honestly it last a long time. But if you use a certain knife often maybe on the lower scale of the sharpener every two weeks?

• Would depend how you use them, what you cut and how often. Mine have stayed sharp with normal use for a few weeks now. Haven’t had long enough to give more of an answer
