QuestionI have a the bottom load Primo water dispenser and am not able to stop the cold water condenser from running and freezing up the unit. All switches are off. How can i shut off the condenser so I can still use the unit for dispensing?

QuestionHow do you get the collar to fit down over a 3 gallon jug on the Primo bottom loader water dispenser? Fits fine on the 5 gallon, but will not go over the 3 gal bottle and click in.

QuestionDoes the pump actually “snap” onto the opening of the jug? I’m pushing fairly hard, but it doesn’t snap into place. It just kinda sits on the rim of the opening.

QuestionI have a Primo hTRIO - brand new. I just set it up according to the manual. After waiting for the reservoir to fill, I purged a quart from the cold, waited for the heater light to stop flashing, and no water comes from the hot line at all. WTH???

QuestionI was wondering how the dispensers attachment is attached to the water bottle inside. Can I use a different 5 gallon water jug. I have several 5 gallon refills with screw on lids. Would the thread on the water jug interfere with its snug attachment?

Once the switches are turned on, it will take 12 minutes to heat and 1 hour to completely cool the cold water. Once the switches are off, the cool down time for the hot water will vary.
