• Yep scalpers get first shot. I hope they restock bigtime and they all lose their money on these

• I dont know that it was made available yet. I contacted BestBuy chat support and the agent said they hadn't gotten approval to list for pre-order yet. That was on the day of launch

• Not likely. BBY generally get two waves of stock alerts from their suppliers. The initial wave being for preorders, and the second wave being for store holds upon release. I doubt you will ever see this item on a store shelf.
