Hi ET, thank you for your question and interest in Model:PAGRIDDLE. The Griddle is ideal for pancakes, all sorts of meats and vegetables. It sits on two burners for maximum versatility. The dimensions are 19.5" x 11" x 1.1". It does not have a grill on the other side and it is not dishwasher safe.
