• The men dropped my new tv off in the garage. Stated no inside residence until Covid-19, goes away. So my old tv I carry to the garage.

• Normally, they can only haul away that was replace with new one. You can call them in advance before they come over. Otherwise, you may get charge for additional.

• They will remove the tv from your basement, but they will probably ask a few questions like where the tv is located. As long as there are no major obstacles in the way, they will retrieve the old tv from your basement.
