To adjust the seat, the user simply pushes downward on the adjustment handle and slides the seat to the desired position. Once the desired position has been met, the user will then pull upward on the adjustment handle to lock the seat in place. We are here to help if you need us. • A:Answer Sunshine Thanks for your question! Although a paid iFIT membership is not required to use this unit, a free 30-day trial is included with your purchase. When activated, iFIT provides an immersive fitness experience. You’re able to exercise all over the world, as your equipment auto adjusts to the terrain and trainer-led workouts. If you prefer not to use the free iFIT membership, simply follow the prompts on your machine to use manual mode. Unlocking a bluetooth machine is not bypassing iFIT, it’s simply unlocking the machine for use. Press and hold the iFIT/bluetooth button for 45 seconds until a beep is heard and zeros show on the screen (this unlocks the machine). This only needs to be done once. Q: QuestionDoes this recumbent bike offer significant resistance at maximum level? Does it take real effort to pedal at full resistance? I need to replace my bike and cannot find a new one that will provide a high resistance, slow/moderate speed workout.
