“When a program ends, does the treadmill immediately stop or it takes some time to ramp down the speed, e.g. tens of seconds etc. I remember seeing some reviews somewhere that the belt stops suddenly after the program finishes which is uncomfortable.”

I haven’t seen such problem. My treadmill ( 3 months old now) stops smoothly every time. Iam liking it.

Please try again later.Philofellow Before and after every workout in the iFIT library, there is a warm-up and cool-down period where you may manually adjust the speed as you would prefer. Doing so will allow you to slow to any level before stopping. At the end of any cool-down period, the belt will come to a stop.
