“How to I set this for manual time, say 30 minutes, so it counts down? I don't want to use the 12 onboard programs, just my own. I click the Display and see Time but if I try to enter numbers, just the incline or speed starts.”

Anniem Thank you for your question. As of right now, the time on this treadmill can only display the elapsed time of the workout.
