• This Treadmill comes with 20 preset or onboard workouts that run independent of an iFit subscription. This unit comes with a 1 year subscription for free so you will want to take advantage of that. If you aren't interested in that you can hold down the bluetooth or iFit button for 30 seconds to bypass iFit. For more information please visit www.ifit.com.

• The treadmill come with a one year free subscription. The machine will function with out the ifit program. You just need to bypass the program it after assembly.
