“Unfortunately when opening the box and beginning assembly we noticed a small piece of the plastic wire cover/connector that we need to connect from the base to the control panel was missing and we are unable to make the proper connection Can we get help”

• - Not an expert but I remember there being a FISHING LINE to Drag cables through the metal tubing for each side for the display panel/power source. - Maybe it is caught inside(fishing line?) - I am sure 800 number on instructions will help and send you a new one - IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER(TIME CONSUMING).
