Heaviest part of the machine is at least 120 - 140 lbs and quite awkward, really not possible or recommended to try carry by yourself (safely). It required two of us (myself and my wife) to carry from our main floor down to our basement workout area where this was assembled. The box it arrives in is quite large and extremely heavy, unless you have a walkout basement or direct access to whatever floor it will be in, you'll likely need to carry parts individually and assemble as I did. On the plus side, assembly was pretty easy and only took a couple of hours from start to finish.
