James Hi there. For a 90” ceiling, it may cut it close for a user to be 5’10” on this elliptical. The foot pedals on this machine can get up to approximately 19-20” off the floor. This would leave approximately 70 inches left to the ceiling, which would be approximately 5’9”. You may be able to pull this off, but your ceiling is most likely too short for a 5’10” person to use without bumping his or her head.
