“Where is the ifit button? I want to see the 50 preloaded workouts. I've held down the ifit logo at the center top of screen and the ifit label in between the fan and volume controls off of the screen, each for 30 seconds, and nothing happens. Thanks!”

I will answer my own question since I finally figured it out. There is NO ifit button on the Carbon E7. The instructions provided in response to several other questions, 24 questions to date, but not all related to ifit, as I write this response on March 17, 2021 are plain wrong. If you activated your ifit membership, one-year included for free with the purchase of the Carbon E7, and you are logged onto the machine, you must LOG OUT and then click Manual workout to actually see the preloaded programs. I found it very difficult to figure out what was preloaded when logged into ifit. Additionally, I find ifit a little overwhelming with trying to choose a workout. I was hoping for a 10-15 minute HIIT rather than a 30 plus minute elliptical workout. I have sorted through all the preloads, but hope I find one that changes resistance and/or incline to mimic a HIIT.
