“When I turned on my elliptical this morning it started with the normal ifit logo start up and now it is a blank white screen. I’ve tried turning it off and back on and unplugging it but I can’t get past the white screen. What do I do?”

Same thing just happened to me. Ifit sent me a video clip that showed how to use a paper clip to reset the console. There is a tiny white button in a small hole on the top of the console. Turn off machine at power switch, then press the reset with paper clip and hold it while turning back on. Don’t release the clip until you can see a reboot message on the white screen. It took about 30 minutes to reboot, download an update, and restart.

Its the same model number so i don't understand. The on/off button shows off/reset but after unplugging and powering off it still does not come up...what do i do?
