How do you adjust the stride length? null

David Stride length is not usually adjustable. The only way to slightly adjust stride length on our models is to raise the incline and the stride length (front to back) gets a little shorter but steeper. If you need more information, email us at ce@ProForm.com. Thanks - ProForm
