Amber Please ensure that all wires are connected, undamaged, and fully seated in its connector (especially white JST connectors). Always turn off and unplug your machine before handing wires or removing protective covers. Check the assembly section of your user’s manual and find any wire connections that have been assembled. Exploded drawings may also show these connections. Unfasten these connectors, then push each individual wire into its connector to make sure they are fully seated. Inspect the pins on the connectors for any damage or bends. Reconnect the wire harnesses, and make sure the connectors are oriented properly and fully pushed together (you may feel a small click when pushing these together). If the issue persists after taking these steps, a replacement part or wire may be needed. A technician can test the wires with a multimeter with thin needle-tip probes if necessary.
