Fatburner27 Hi there! As any heavy-duty exercise equipment, assembly can be a challenge as the parts weigh a lot and tight connections are required while carefully making sure not wires get pinched. This treadmill in particular needs two people and an hour and a half on average for assembly using an adjustable wrench, a rubber mallet, phillips head screwdriver, plastic bag, and grease packet (included). Use the free app called BILT for 3D instructions to help you easily follow the 42 steps for assembly. If you have further questions, you can contact us for assistance at [email protected]. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It wasn't too bad - I did it myself. Can't say quite how long as I had interruptions.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This took about 3.5 hours for me and my husband to assemble but not terrible. You will need a medium sized rubber mallet to put the legs on, which was not indicated in the 3D instructions. Once you make it past that part, it's fairly easy.
