Do you have to have an iFit membership to use it? null

If you are not interested in using these features hold down the Bluetooth or iFit button for 30 seconds to bypass the iFit activation. I was told when I purchased it that it came with one year IFIT membership. I have the machine now and it did not come with an activation code. I've spent time on the phone with BB customer service and have been rerouted 5 times now. It is one of the reasons I purchased this item....otherwise you have to pay a Large monthly fee. Who do I contact directly to get my activation code.
