Your interest and question is greatly appreciated. The footprint of this folder wall rack is, 88” H * 55” W * 40” D. You are able to adjust the placement of the rack as long as there is adequate space. We highly recommend that the brackets are secured to metal or wooden studs on a wall that is at least 8 ft tall. With the assembly on the wall there should be a flat surface up to 6 ft long and 6 ft wide in front . Taking your height into consideration you are able to adjust the maximum height of the assembly to work best for you with allowing the needed space.
