Turn the switch off on the bottom front of your treadmill

Please try again later.Always remove the key, press the power switch into the off position (see the drawing on page 6 for the location of the power switch), and unplug the power cord when the treadmill is not in use. This protects the electrical components from premature wear. To avoid damaging the console, do not turn off or unplug the treadmill while the firmware is being updated. The screen will show the progress of the update. When the update is complete, the treadmill will turn off and then turn back on. Thanks - ProForm
