QuestionI have to move my treadmill to another floor in my house. Is there disassembly manual available? I can't lift or maneuver the device down the stairs assembled.

QuestionWhat type of extension cord can I use with this treadmill? Wanna know cause I need one since the power cord doesn't reach all the way to the outlet, but I don't want to use an extension cable that may be a fire hazard.

- Answer Most treadmills use DC motors -hence no frequency involved. In other words the 50 vs 60 Hz AC frequency won't matter for the motor. The motor controller board, which is responsible for the AC to DC current conversion, -might- have an issue.

QuestionPurched treadmill on 1/15/22 did not receive til 2/4/22. Have been using it 5 days a week now, turned it on this morning 3/28/22, speaker clicked and nothing is working, unplugged it for 30 min, plugged it back in and still nothing.
