Jc Step-up height for the deck on this treadmill is about 7.5 inches. If your ceiling is 7 feet high (standard is 9 ft), a user may hit his or her head if they are over 6 feet tall. Let us know if we can offer any further assistance by emailing [email protected]. Thanks - ProForm
