• Yes, kind of. Your phone connects to the treadmill via Bluetooth to automatically adjust speed and incline during an iFIT workout. However, to play the sound through the treadmill, you need to connect your phone to the treadmill with a 3.5mm adapter.

• Not in the traditional sense. You have to have a paid ifit membership and use the app on a phone or tablet to even play music through it. It has an aux port though, so you can get a Bluetooth adapter.
