The machine has 20 preset workouts....NONE really accessible.Unless you want to call accessible "press continually any of the buttons until a program "appears". I guess that is what I might call buyers remorse on my part- BUT spend 600 bucks for something that is really meant for you to continue to spend 50 bucks a month for, if you go to Proform it takes you to Ifit- no real answers there. would have been better off to bought a treadmill from Amazon imported from China- OHHHH OOPS it IS made in china.Would have taken it back BUT 200 pound box and a 68 year old man.. Did I tell you it had 20 preset workouts that there really isnt any way to get to???Thanks for a new clothes rack- should be able to hang a lot of clothes on..
