QuestionDoes this treadmill have the capability to connect your phone via Bluetooth to listen to music through the speakers? The attached description says it does but an iFit person told me it doesn’t. Which is it?

- Answer Ashley Thank you for your question! At the time of this response, the Bluetooth connections that are available through the console on this machine are through the iFIT app as well as with Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitors. Connecting smart devices through Bluetooth to the console to play music is not currently available on this unit. This treadmill does feature a jack on the console where users can plug in an audio cable to play audio from their smart device through the speakers on the console. QuestionHow do you connect your phone to the Bluetooth to listen to music through the speaker? The instructions on connecting through ifit do not work for me. It seems unnecessarily complicated!

- Answer Just go through bluetooth settings on your phone. The treadmill's manual was pretty accurate with the instructions. You do NOT need the iFit app

QuestionMy ProForm treadmill won't connect. It keeps spinning and then finally says "try again". How can I fix this? I have tried unplugging and re-plugging it and turned it off and reset it but it still won't work.

QuestionManufacturer gives 1 yr parts and labor, if one buys the additional insurance with geek squad does it start the day of purchase or the day after the 1st year the Manufacturer insurance is over??
