The product dimensions are as follows: Product FootPrint 71.4 H x 39.15 W x 79 L.......Product FoldedUp (Inches) 73.50 H x 39.15 W x 41.22 L. Yes, there is both a decline and incline from -3% to 15% incline. You can have it flat at zero as well.
