QuestionWhere in the library are the pre-set workouts (thought there were several loaded and usable without I-Fit) that come with the treadmill? Manual start only starts the treadmill with stop/stop option only. The manual is not helpful at all.

- Answer As long as the treadmill is connected to the internet. When you select continue without iFit you will see a selection of workouts available on the machine when you hit browse you can select included work outs. I have used a few of the basic workouts including a walk around the pyramids in Egypt and a walk run in Portugal. Pretty fun. Otherwise just tap continue in manual mode in in the upper corner and it is like a regular treadmill.

QuestionCan you please confirm that this model Proform Pro 2000 has a 20x60 inch deck and not the 22x60 inch deck that previous Pro 2000s have? Thanks,

QuestionWhich version (year) is this item/listing. There were changes made from the 2020 to the 2021 version.The specs seem to indicate 2020 since the motor says 3.5HP when the 2021 only has 3.25HP, and there's no mention of 3% decline which is also 2021. So...?

QuestionDoes this come with a tablet holder?

- Answer The piece with the Start/Stop button is raised about 1 1/2 inches. It is meant to keep your tablet from sliding down. It’s approximately 14 inches long.

QuestionWe plan on paying for delivery and installation but I wanted to make sure it would fit through a normal doorway and be taken into our basement. Will the delivery people be able to get the treadmill through a normal doorway and downstairs to be installed?

QuestionYou said that this is the 2020 version (not the 2021) so can you update the Overview/Features section to comply? There is a 7in (not a 10in) display on 2020 and the motor is 3.5HP on the 2020. And please confirm if the -3% Decline is on this 2020 model.

- Answer TreadmillBrowser Please understand that the term “CHP” or continuous horsepower is measured in a lab testing using a dynamometer to measure mechanical power and that the CHP rating does not denote the operational horsepower of a treadmill in ordinary household use. As advertised, the 2020 model sold on this page has 3.25 chp and will decline to -3% and up to 12%. We will review the page to ensure all information is displayed correctly. QuestionI have WiFi throughout my house. Can this be connected directly to this wifi? What does the BlueTooth capability provide for me?

- Answer Don Yes, to download iFIT workouts and access several other features on your console, you must be connected to a wireless network through your wifi connection. You can play music or audio books through the console sound system by connecting a Bluetooth-enabled device to the console. You can also pair your console with a Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitor.
