When you select continue without iFit you will see a selection of workouts available on the machine when you hit browse you can select included work outs. I have used a few of the basic workouts including a walk around the pyramids in Egypt and a walk run in Portugal. Pretty fun. Otherwise just tap continue in manual mode in in the upper corner and it is like a regular treadmill.

Please understand that the term “CHP” or continuous horsepower is measured in a lab testing using a dynamometer to measure mechanical power and that the CHP rating does not denote the operational horsepower of a treadmill in ordinary household use.
