Kyle We appreciate your interest in our Pro C22 Bike. The speed of this bike is based solely on how fast the user is pedaling. This particular unit does not feature incline adjustments but the resistance can be adjusted by the user using the console on the bike. When using the iFIT software, your iFIT trainer in each workout can control the resistance of your unit to meet the terrain of your workout. This can be adjusted by the user at any time.
