I was also offered 1 year membership for buying bike then after a week it stopped and iFIT sent message I needed to purchase at 14.99 them month later with no reply from iFIT I’m still paying 15.00 a month and an email saying I paid . They will not stand by what they offered Best Buy offers us when we purchase and won’t answer emails about it .
