“Can this set on carpet or do I need to buy a Matt if so what kind of a Matt?”

• Carpet is ok, the feet might dig in, and should be very think like commercial carpeting,, But get yourself some Locking Hard Rubber matts you don't need more than (2) that makes a 2' x 4' bed.. , 4 mats are better and 6 matts is great as it gives it, it's own place..

• Yes, it can be set on carpet, but you may want to buy a mat at Best Buy. As you walk and run on the treadmill belt small pieces of sand like material comes off of the belt with the friction created from walking/running.
