I would consider this a crossover between a stepper and elliptical. So it has more of an up/down movement. It also takes up less room than an elliptical because of that.

The HITT is a different type of elliptical, it has the look and feel of a stepper but includes the arm movement of an elliptical. That is why there is such a short back and forth stride. The up and down stride is greater than traditional ellipticals which works different muscle groups. If you have any other questions or want more information about the features of this HITT trainer please feel free to contact us any time at [email protected]. Thanks! -ICON Health & Fitness
