Can I use this without iFit ? null

You can use it without the expensive Ifit app, but it's only manual. I can't find the 32 pre loaded workouts anywhere and there is no Bluetooth button to hold for the reset that they claim in the previous post.

Yes. All of the instructions say you have to activate the ifit to use the device. You can bypass this by holding down the bluetooth button for about 5-10 seconds on the main display.
