I had to call the best buy customer support. They eventually transferred me to the correct department and they sent an ifit activation code for one year in 48 hours. Make sure you check your email because it went to my promotions folder instead of my regular inbox.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We were also unable to access to free 1 year ifit since we refused to enter our credit card information & sign up for the monthly charge. I do believe that you have to do that first in order to qualify for the free 1 year but read the fine print carefully, there are monthly fees! We bypassed this whole situation in order to use the display on our machine without any ifit by holding the Bluetooth button down for more than 30 seconds. This does bypass the ifit registration & enables you to use the machine display without any issues.
