“Would this bike be adjustable for someone very short, 5 feet tall? Hard to tell by picture if seat moves forward enough. Also, how much is delivery and set up? Thanks!”

Most of our products are designed to fit someone from 5'2" to 6'4". You might find it to be a little short???
