“The display will not allow me to start a workout. When trying to register my treadmill, the model number is not acceptable because it’s not beginning with “831” How can I register my treadmill? Is it necessary to get past the “Welcome” only display?”

Just hold down the myfit button next to the display for about 30-45 mins to bypass purchasing a subscription with myfit. It will manual and no pre workout programs will be available, it will be a basic run walk and incline treadmill but that's it.

When registering your unit, please ensure you are using the model number printed on the front of your user’s manual. “831” should not be required at the beginning of the model number in the online registration form.
