Sharjeel Thank you for your interest in our products. Proform Sport XT Bench can hold up to 610 lbs, but we do not recommend dumbbell back extensions as the bench is not designed for that use. You are more than welcome to use the bench for your standard workouts, such as leg curls, and bicep curls.
