QuestionCan you put weights on the leg extension that have a small hole or will it only hold Olympic weights with the larger hole?

- Answer I was confused by the experts answer but I got my bench today and by default it holds 1" plates but also comes with a piece you can put on it to hold 2" plates. So it supports both.

QuestionWhat is the length of the bench when flat excluding additional parts at the end of the bench?

Proform Sport XT Bench can hold up to 610 lbs, but we do not recommend dumbbell back extensions as the bench is not designed for that use. You are more than welcome to use the bench for your standard workouts, such as leg curls, and bicep curls. QuestionThis says max weight 300. Does that mean if you weigh 200 lbs you can only lift a max of 100 lbs?
