• It’s 4am and I got here from my email address. I believe it has two..I’ll verify when I get out the need in 4 hours

• Marc There are three adjustment holes in the curl pad post to choose from. When you attach the curl post, you will tighten the adjustment knob into the front leg and into one of these adjustment holes. If you would like further detail, email ce@ProForm.com. Thanks - ProForm
