They are purchased separately. I bought a box of Olympic plates 50lbs. 4 10lb plates and 2 5lb plates

We recommend using a standard 7-foot barbell with 2” Olympic weight plates on a rack. Weider weights may also fit your needs and be compatible with this bench.
