“How warm does the mist get? We purchased this unit and it will only blow cool steam when the warm button is on. I wanted to get other's experience before returning the unit.”

• I also notice the same thing. The base of the unit feels a tiny bit warm to the touch, but the mist doesn’t feel warm at all. Is this the expectation? I notice no difference between the warm and cool mist when placing my hand closely over the mist.

• There is a heating mechanism in the base of the unit that heats the water to about 80 degrees, so it is not a hot mist, but rather a warm mist
